Hatco’s Ultra-Glo® UGAL-48D spans four full-size pans (or a 48" carving/serving line) with a blanket of pre-focused ceramic infrared heat—holding food safely without over-cooking it—while shatter-resistant display lamps put your culinary creations in the best possible light.

- Dual ceramic heat tiles deliver intense, even infrared heat all the way to the edges where heat-loss is greatest.
- Built-in display lights (one every 12") enhance merchandising and include protective coating to guard against broken-bulb contamination.
