The Hatco SAL-1 Electric Salamander delivers instant, targeted heat for browning, glazing, melting cheese, quick grilling and keeping entrées at the perfect serving temperature. Whether you mount it to the wall or use the supplied 4" legs, this compact powerhouse gives chefs precise control without adding unwanted kitchen heat or energy costs.
