Engineered for high-volume dishrooms, the Imperial S-39 elevates incoming water to a 180 °F (82 °C) sanitizing rinse—fast. Its powerful 39 kW element package keeps pace with the busiest conveyor or flight-type machines, delivering up to 391 gph at a 40 °F rise so racks come out sparkling and air-dry instantly.
