High-performance final-rinse heater for low- or high-temp commercial dishmachinesGive your ware-washing operation a constant supply of 180 °F (82 °C) sanitizing rinse water with the Hatco Imperial S-12. Built in the USA for demanding food-service kitchens, this 12 kW booster heats up to 120 GPH (454 LPH) at a 40 °F rise, letting plates and flatware air-dry fast so you can turn tables, save labor and keep guests happy.
