- Individual thermostatic control, temperature gauge, on/off switch & adjustable vent slide on every drawer.
- Heavy-duty drawer slides with smooth nylon rollers allow full extension—no pan tilting required.
- Fully insulated top, bottom & sides maximize heat retention and energy efficiency.
- All-stainless-steel exterior, interior & drawer assemblies stand up to high-volume kitchens.
- Ships with a 4 ft (1219 mm) flexible conduit for simple hard-wired installation.
