Description
The Hatco HCSSBFP-36-S is a built-in flush-top hot/cold shelf with a foodsafe simulated stone surface and a 36 in. x 24 in. usable heated and cooled area.
Designed for bottom mounting flush to the countertop, it uses an R-290 condensing unit and a remote-mountable control box with electronic temperature controls.
- Transitions from hot mode to cold mode, or cold mode to hot mode, in as little as 30 minutes.
