Hot/Cold Built-In Flush Top Shelf – 36" × 24"
Hatco model HCSBFX-36-S | Made in the USAGive your serving line all-day versatility with Hatco’s patented Hot/Cold Shelf. At the touch of a button this hard-coat aluminum deck converts from a NSF-listed hot holding surface to a cold holding shelf (and back again) in about 30 minutes, letting you change menus without changing equipment. The remote-refrigeration (X-Series) design keeps the condenser out of the cabinet, freeing up space under the counter and simplifying service.

- Remote refrigeration ready – shelf ships with a TXV & liquid-line solenoid; connect to your own condensing unit (refrigerant supplied by others).
- Electronic Temperature Control box (shipped loose) for precise set-point management outside the heat zone.
- Hard-coat anodized aluminum top mount installs flush with the counter for a clean, integrated look.
- Patented thermal break minimizes condensation & heat transfer to surrounding surfaces.
- Matches the look of Hatco GRSBF heated shelves for a cohesive serving line.
