Hatco’s patented Hot/Cold Shelf lets you drop a single, flush-mount surface into your counter and instantly change it from a high-performance heated shelf to a frost-free cold shelf (and back again) in as little as 30 minutes. With remote refrigeration and an electronic temperature control box shipped loose, the HCSBFR-36-S gives fabricators maximum design freedom while operators enjoy quick, precise thermal control for every day-part.
