Description
The Hatco HCSBFP-36-S is a built-in flush-top shelf designed for hot and chilled food service. Its usable shelf surface measures 36 in W x 24 in D, and it can transition between hot and cold modes in as little as 30 minutes.
The unit uses R-290 refrigerant and electronic temperature control through a remote-mountable control box with a power On/Off switch and two digital temperature controllers. It has a foodsafe hardcoat aluminum surface, insulated stainless steel and aluminized housing, and a top-mounted design.
A patented thermal break reduces condensation and temperature transfer on adjacent surfaces.
