Pass-thru countertop display – keeps hot grab-n-go items fresh, visible and ready to sellBuilt for the busy convenience store, cafeteria or quick-service line, the Hatco Glo-Ray® GRSDS-24 holds wrapped or boxed foods at safe serving temperatures without sacrificing product appeal. Pre-focused infrared top heat locks warmth where heat loss is greatest, while a thermostatically-controlled hardcoated base maintains consistent temps of 185–200 °F (85–93 °C). The forward-slanted, single shelf design and pass-thru opening create a seamless self-serve or kitchen-to-server workflow.
