Keep take-out orders hot, organized and ready for quick hand-off. The Hatco Glo-Ray 2-Go™ two-tier shelf uses radiant heat and precise touchscreen controls to hold pizzas, entrées and family-size bags at a food-safe 150 – 200 °F (66 – 93 °C) for up to 30 minutes without sacrificing quality.
