Free-standing countertop heated shelf, blanket-element technology

Designed for high-volume pass-throughs, buffet lines and back-of-house workstations, the 66″ Glo-Ray® heated shelf delivers consistent, energy-efficient heat across its entire surface—holding up to five 12″ x 20″ steam-table pans of food at safe, appetising temperatures.
