Hatco Remote Drop-In Frost Top – 1-Pan, 28-15/16″

Model FTBR-1 | R-513A | Remote Refrigeration

Present beverages, salads and plated desserts at the ideal chilled temperature without sacrificing valuable counter space. Hatco’s FTBR-1 sits flush in your countertop, holding a full-size sheet pan on an evenly frosted surface while the remote 1/4 HP condensing unit keeps heat and noise out of the customer zone.

Key Advantages

  • Cold-wall plate delivers uniform cooling across the entire pan – no fans, no product drying.
  • Electronic temperature control mounts on either side of the condensing unit or up to 4' (1.2 m) away for flexible layouts.
  • Automatic electronic defrost prevents ice build-up and maintains consistent holding temps.
  • Remote 1/4 HP compressor (ships loose) can be installed up to 50' (15 m) from the frost top.
  • Eco-friendly R-513A refrigerant meets current sustainability standards.
