The Hatco FSHC-6W1-QS is a mobile Flav-R-Savor® heated holding cabinet with thermostatically controlled heat, adjustable humidity and temperature, and a digital temperature readout.
It has one clear door, an all-stainless-steel exterior, insulated construction, and six adjustable removable slides for 18 in x 26 in or 12 in x 20 in pans. Large swivel casters with wheel locks provide mobility.
A top-mounted heater, water reservoir, and 1697-watt electrical rating complete the specified configuration.
