A gentle blanket of heated, moisturized air maintains serving temperatures without drying foods, while space-saving Dutch doors minimize heat loss and speed service.

- Electronic controls with digital readout hold foods from 80 – 200 °F (27 – 93 °C); low settings also handle proofing.
