Engineered for Peak Performance

Warm air is forced downward along the front and rear of the opening, forming a high-velocity blanket that locks heat inside while allowing unobstructed access to food. A portion of that air is drawn back through side ducts, reheated and recirculated, ensuring uniform temperatures from the top slide to the bottom.
