Hatco’s Quick Ship FR-6 drops into place under any Bain-Marie or food rethermalizer vessel and brings (or holds) water to a precise 140 °F–190 °F range—fast. Continuous circulation eliminates “cold spots,” so every quart of soup, sauce or pre-cooked entrée is served at safe, delicious temperatures shift after shift.
