The Hatco CSSBFR-36-S is a built-in, flush-top cold shelf that blends a luxurious simulated-stone surface with the performance of a remote 1/3 HP condensing unit. Perfect for buffets, grab-and-go islands, cafés, or any self-service line that demands style, durability and rock-solid temperature holding.

• Food-safe Swanstone® simulated stone creates an upscale, easy-clean display.
• Even, controlled cooling over a full 36" × 24" (914 × 610 mm) surface keeps salads, sushi, pastries and more in the ideal chill zone.
• Remote condensing unit (included, shipped loose) keeps heat & noise out of sight and may be mounted up to 4' (1219 mm) from shelf center for flexible fabrication.
• Electronic Temperature Control Box (unattached) with 4' (1.2 m) lead wire lets you position controls right where staff need them.
• Patented thermal break minimizes condensation and prevents frost transfer to surrounding counter surfaces.
• Bottom-mount, flush-top design drops into a simple cutout for a seamless, ADA-friendly serving height.
