Instant 180 °F (82 °C) final-rinse water for commercial dishmachines

The Hatco C-15 delivers high-performance sanitizing power from a footprint barely wider than a half-sheet pan. With a 6-gallon Castone® lined tank and 15 kW of heating muscle, this compact booster heater keeps plates, glasses and flatware sparkling, sanitary and ready to flash-dry—shift after shift.
