Schedule a complimentary Groen factory start-up within 30 days of shipment for an extra year of coverage on steamers, plus water-related service protection when an approved water treatment system is installed. Lifetime technical support is available via Groen’s service hotline (888-994-7636).
The HY-10SG requires incoming water that meets Groen’s specifications (pH 7–9, TDS 30–60 ppm, hardness <60 ppm, chlorine/chloramine <0.1 ppm, chlorides <30 ppm). Out-of-spec water can damage the boiler and is not covered under warranty.
