- 316 stainless steel liner polished to a 180-grit finish—corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
- Manual crank tilt with self-locking worm gear and reinforced butterfly pour lip for smooth, controlled emptying.
- All-stainless exterior, tubular legs & adjustable bullet feet withstand busy kitchen environments.
- ASME shop-stamped to 50 PSI; cULus listed & NSF certified for open-kitchen installation.
