- 5/8 in (16 mm) stainless-steel clad cooking surface with embedded flat-bar heating elements—warp-resistant, ultra-even heat
- One-piece 304 stainless-steel construction with #3 exterior finish resists dents, corrosion and harsh cleaners
- Standard etched graduations in gallons & liters plus full-width pouring lip for portion accuracy
