The Groen AH/1-60 combines a heavy-duty 316 stainless interior with a gas-fired, self-contained steam jacket that reaches 270 °F without an external boiler. Built in the USA and certified by NSF and CSA, this 60-gallon workhorse is engineered for reliability, easy cleaning and safe operation in the busiest commercial kitchens.
