A 2⁄3 steam jacket wrapped around a 316 stainless steel liner provides precise temperature control from 150 °F to 270 °F, while a powerful 85,000 BTU gas-fired steam generator eliminates the need for a boiler connection. From soups and sauces to pasta and vegetables, this kettle maximizes throughput without sacrificing consistency.
