Consistent, safe performance
The thermostat cycles the burner on/off to maintain your set point, while safety devices— low-water cut-off, pressure limit control and relief valve—protect the operator and the equipment. Outer insulation retains heat, keeping the exterior “touch-cool” during extended cooks.
