• Dedicated 208–240 V / 30 A receptacle (within 4 ft).
• Cold-water supply with shut-off valve & filtration (within 4 ft).
• Open gravity drain (1.25 in. minimum) reachable by supplied hose.
• 2.5 in. counter access hole for utilities.
• 2 lb of whole-bean coffee, milk & cups available for calibration on installation day.

Full site checklist supplied with order confirmation. Additional travel or remedial work is billable to customer if utilities are not ready.
