Description
The Gold Medal 2257-00-224 is a dual-select, no-timer bag-in-box oil dispense unit for use with -800 Series Elite Popper® equipment with two oil lines to the kettle.
It includes two dedicated oil pumps, load cell sensors for monitoring each oil box, and heated oil lines on both pumps. The popper controls dispense timing and allows selection of the upper or lower oil box from its touch screen.
