The Globe S213-16 FRZN is a manual frozen food slicer designed for frozen or partially frozen meat. It uses a 13-inch double-serrated carbon steel knife, belt drive, 1/2 HP knife motor, and angle/gravity feed.
The slicer includes a lock-and-slide removable carriage, removable meat grip, removable faux-knife sharpener, seamless anodized aluminum base, integrated kickstand, and No-Volt Release interlock. Use frozen or partially frozen meat only; do not use fresh, completely thawed, or standard deli products.
