Description
The Glimek CR600 is a conical dough rounder for 30–1,800 g dough pieces at up to 6,000 pieces per hour, subject to dough piece weight and characteristics.
It provides up to 8 m of rounding length through two individually adjustable sections, with centrally adjustable conical tracks and manually adjustable merging tracks. The grooved cone and tracks use Glim Metallic non-stick coating.
