The GHM-5C SELF is a countertop heated full/self-serve combination LED merchandiser with four wells arranged as two full-service and two customer self-service wells. The customer self-service side may be configured on the right or left.
- Curved European-style front glass, mirror-tinted side glass, and rear sliding doors.
- Independent lower and upper temperature controls for each well.
- Accepts 2-1/2-inch to 4-inch-deep service pans and supports full-size, 1/4-size, 1/3-size, and 1/2-size pan layouts. Service pans are not included.
- Includes a folding cutting board/work shelf, basic pan divider set, partition glass, sneeze guard, LED lighting, and 4-inch adjustable legs.
- Constructed with 16-18 ga stainless steel.
