The Giles Enterprises FSH-2A99 is a free-standing Type 1 ventless recirculating hood with a 30-7/16-inch width and stainless steel construction.

Its three-stage air-cleaning system uses a stainless steel baffle filter, an electronic air cleaner and a disposable charcoal filter to capture grease particulate, collect fine particulate and help control cooking odors in recirculated air.

The hood is listed for approved electric fryers only and includes a factory-installed, self-contained Ansul R102 wet chemical fire suppression system. Final field installation, setup, charging and commissioning of the suppression system are required and are not included.
