The Giles Enterprises BBT-O is a floor-model breading and batter table with a 24-inch-wide open cabinet, canted upper shelf, stainless steel pans, hanging dunking basket and manual sifter.
Its standard configuration includes a removable 14-inch by 22-inch clip-on staging tray, plastic totes, a colander and a breading pan with removable plug. The table is constructed from 18-gauge 304 and 430 stainless steel and requires field assembly.

The included large dunking basket hooks between the pans when not in use.
Removable staging tray
The 14-inch by 22-inch clip-on staging tray attaches without tools to either side of the cabinet.
Lift-out pans
The stainless steel breading and batter pans lift out for cleanup.

Standard equipment includes plastic totes, a tote lid, a plastic colander, a manual sifter pan, a large dunking basket and a staging tray.
