Built for the hustle of busy kitchens, the SunFire 36" Range delivers a commanding 213,000 BTU of cooking power with six 30,000 BTU open burners up top and a dependable 33,000 BTU standard oven below. Rugged stainless steel construction, cast-iron components, and NSF/CSA approvals make it the perfect workhorse for restaurants, cafés, and culinary schools alike.
