Keep frozen ingredients right where the action is. The 66-inch Polar Cuisine remote freezer base slides neatly under any Garland Cuisine Series modular top, giving chefs low-profile, high-capacity frozen storage without adding heat or noise to the cookline.

  • Remote refrigeration — compressor/condensing unit supplied & installed by others for a cooler, quieter kitchen.
  • Four heavy-duty 27" drawers (two per section) on stainless steel roller slides with self-lubricating bearings.
  • Drawers include mullions and accept full-size 12" × 20" × 8" hotel pans for bulk frozen storage right at the range.
  • Durable stainless steel exterior front & sides; galvanized bottom & back for corrosion resistance.
  • ABS interior drawer fronts & cabinet sides with stainless steel interior top, rear & bottom for easy sanitation.
  • Santoprene magnetic drawer gaskets snap in/out for quick replacement and a positive frost-free seal.
  • Electronic control with easy-read digital temperature display.
  • 6" (152 mm) adjustable stainless steel legs — match the working height of Garland Cuisine cooktops.
  • CFC-free, non-ODP/non-GWP polyurethane foam insulation keeps temperatures steady & energy use low.
  • Vertically mounted blower coil for even, forced-air circulation throughout the drawer cavities.
