Keep high-volume lines moving with chef-side access to perfectly chilled ingredients. The Polar Cuisine remote refrigerated base is purpose-built to live directly under Garland Cuisine Series modular cooktops, giving you a rugged, low-profile cold well without adding heat or noise to the cookline.

  • Six heavy-duty drawers on stainless roller assemblies (10-year parts warranty).
  • Drawer layout: 4 × 19" + 2 × 27"—each holds one 12" × 20" × 4" full-size hotel pan.
  • Fast-responding electronic control with easy-read digital thermometer.
  • Santoprene magnetic gaskets and CFC-free polyurethane insulation lock in the cold.
  • All-stainless exterior and interior contact surfaces for quick, sanitary wipe-downs.
  • Vertically mounted blower coil (R452A) delivers even, front-to-back airflow.
  • 6" adjustable stainless steel legs included; 6" casters available.
