  • Porcelain-enamel oven bottom & door liner for easy spray-and-wipe cleanup.
  • Three-position rack guide; 1 × nickel-plated rack included — fits 18 × 26" sheet pans both directions.
  • 20" built-in storage base keeps hotel pans, lids & smallwares close at hand.
  • Generous 27" deep work top and 5" plate rail for prep, plating & pass-through.
