Engineered for high-volume steakhouses, banqueting kitchens and institutional cooklines, the Garland Master Series M60XR combines an intense ceramic broiler, a rapid finishing oven and a full-size oven base—stacked vertically to save valuable line space.

  • 5-position, 24" × 22" (610 × 559 mm) broiler rack with removable grid handles steaks, chops or sheet pans.
  • Piezo spark ignition on the oven eliminates standing pilots and reduces energy waste.
  • All-stainless front & sides, 7-1/2" (191 mm) deep front rail and 6" (152 mm) chrome-plated adjustable legs.
  • Field convertible for Natural or Propane gas; NSF & CSA certified for peace of mind.
