Put frozen ingredients exactly where your chefs work. The Garland Arctic Fire GN17FR53 slides under a 53-inch Master Series cook top and provides instant, ice-cold storage in a rugged, low-profile footprint.

  • Each drawer holds (1) full-size 12 × 20 × 4" hotel pan (GN 1/1, 100 mm deep).
  • Remote refrigeration keeps heat & noise out of the kitchen; factory-installed R-404A evaporator coil.
  • Stainless steel exterior front & sides; stainless interior top/rear/bottom with easy-clean ABS side walls.
  • Santoprene magnetic gaskets deliver a tight, energy-saving seal.
  • Heavy-duty stainless steel roller assemblies with self-lubricating bearings — 10-year parts warranty.
  • Vertically mounted blower coil for even, reliable -10 °F – 0 °F cabinet temperatures.
  • 6" (152 mm) adjustable stainless steel legs for a stable, sanitary install.
  • Flush-mounted thermometer for quick visual checks.
