Low-profile two-section / four-drawer base for Garland Master Series modular cooktopsGive your Garland Master Series line a high-performance cold foundation. The Arctic Fire GN17FR51 keeps frozen ingredients right where you need them while pushing heat and noise out of the kitchen with a remote compressor design.
Built for busy commercial kitchens
- Remote refrigeration: compressor/condensing unit supplied & located by others, reducing kitchen heat and noise.
- Four self-closing drawers with center, flush-mounted pull handles.
- Each drawer accepts (1) 12" × 20" × 4" hotel pan (GN 1/1, 100 mm deep) – 4 pans total.
- Heavy-duty stainless-steel drawer slides with self-lubricating bearings; 10-year parts warranty on track assemblies.
- One-piece Santoprene magnetic gaskets for a tight seal and easy replacement.
- Front-mounted thermometer for quick temperature checks.
- Stainless-steel exterior front & sides with stainless interior top, rear & bottom; ABS interior sides for easy cleaning.
- 6" (152 mm) adjustable stainless-steel legs provide a rock-solid base beneath your cooktop.
- CFC-free foamed-in-place insulation maintains -10 °F to 0 °F holding temperatures.*
