• Hot-gas condensate evaporator — no external drain pan
• Heavy-duty stainless steel roller assemblies (10-year parts warranty)
• Santoprene magnetic gaskets for an airtight, tool-free seal
• Front-face scroll thermometer for quick °F/°C readout
• All-stainless exterior with galvanized back & bottom for corrosion resistance
• 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for easy leveling and HACCP-friendly clearance
