Purpose-built to sit beneath Garland Master Series modular cooktops, the 53-inch Arctic Fire GN17C53 keeps ingredients ice-cold right where the action is. Two heavy-duty drawers glide open effortlessly, each fully accommodating standard 12 × 20 × 4″ hotel pans, while a powerful self-contained refrigeration system maintains consistent cabinet temperatures— even in 100 °F (38 °C) kitchens.
