Designed to mount directly above your 36" Garland Cuisine heavy-duty range, this compact powerhouse delivers intense, even infrared heat for rapid browning, caramelizing, melting and holding — all within arm’s reach of the cooking line.

  • Dual 20,000 BTU atmospheric infrared burners (40,000 BTU total) provide instant, even heat.
  • Independent Hi-Lo valve controls for precise heat management on each burner zone.
  • Spring-balanced rack with three adjustable positions (2 ¾", 3 ½", 4 ⅜" from cook surface) to handle everything from delicate gratins to thick chops.
  • Large, removable grease pan keeps the work area clean and simplifies end-of-shift maintenance.
  • All-stainless-steel exterior (top, front, sides, backsplash & bottom) with integrated heat shields stands up to the harshest commercial kitchens.
  • Factory-supplied ½" NPT top gas inlet & regulator; natural or propane configuration available.
