A 1" thick Hearthite bake deck teams up with a heavy-duty 12-gauge steel roast deck, each heated by independent, snap-action thermostats for pinpoint control from 150°F to 500°F (66°C – 260°C). Rugged stainless-steel construction, front-serviceable controls, and NSF/CSA approvals make this oven a powerhouse for bakeries, pizzerias, and full-service kitchens alike.
