Engineered for high-volume bakeries, pizza shops and commissary kitchens, the Garland G2073 delivers rock-solid performance with three full-size 42" x 32" decks and 120,000 BTU of consistent, controllable heat. Its rugged stainless-steel body, front-serviceable controls and durable Hearthite stone decks make it the long-term workhorse your operation demands.

  • Front-mounted, out-of-heat-zone controls are quick to service without shutting the oven down
  • Balanced doors open flush with the deck for easy loading with full-size peels or sheet pans

Every deck is a self-contained powerhouse. Twin burners blanket a reinforced steel tread plate that heats the Hearthite stone from below, storing thermal energy and releasing it evenly into your product. From the first pie of the lunch rush to the last tray of rolls, recovery is fast and temperature drift is minimal, ensuring consistent results shift after shift.
