Performance & Convenience

  • Independent controls for each deck with 3-heat switches for precise top / bottom element balance.
  • Wide 200 °F – 550 °F (93 °C – 288 °C) thermostat range handles delicate pastries to searing roasts.
  • One-hour mechanical timer on every deck—set it, walk away, never over-cook.
  • Tubular heating elements above and below the hearth for even, edge-to-edge heat.
  • Balanced full-width doors open level with the deck for easy loading/unloading.
  • Front-serviceable controls stay outside the heat zone, cutting downtime and service costs.
