Built for high-volume bakeries, pizzerias and commissaries, the Garland E2111 delivers three independent, 8-inch-high decks in a single, stainless-steel cabinet. Precise top-and-bottom heat control, a wide 39 inch hearth and rugged construction let you crank out perfectly baked breads, pizzas and pastries—shift after shift.
