Engineered for busy bakeries, cafés and pizzerias, the Garland E2011 gives you two independent 8" bake decks in one rugged, stainless-steel cabinet. A 3/4" thick hearthite core plate, precision controls and front-serviceable components deliver the consistency and uptime that high-volume operations demand.
