- Four 30,000 BTU cast-iron burners (one every 12") — total input 120,000 BTU/hr.
- Independent hi-lo valve controls with standing pilots for instant, precise zone management.
- Generous 3" (76 mm) front grease trough and large removable drawer for fast clean-up.
- 7" (178 mm) stainless stub backguard keeps splatter contained without sacrificing visibility.
- All-stainless exterior (front, sides, continuous plate rail & burner box) resists corrosion and wipes clean.
- 1 1/4" NPT front gas manifold allows single-piece installation or easy battery connection.
- 6" (152 mm) adjustable stainless steel legs supplied; optional casters or floor stand available.
- Modular construction mounts directly on Polar Cuisine refrigerated bases or equipment stands.
