The C36-SC spreader cabinet drops straight into any 36" gap in a Cuisine Series battery—or stands alone—to create a continuous, easy-to-clean stainless surface.

- Heavy-gauge stainless steel work top, front & sides withstand daily commercial abuse.
- 7" (178 mm) high stainless steel stub backguard protects walls and adjacent equipment.
- Open cabinet base keeps pans, sheet trays or smallwares right at hand.
- 6" (152 mm) adjustable stainless legs level the unit on uneven floors.
- 1 ¼" NPT front gas manifold allows quick connection when the spreader is installed in a battery with other Cuisine Series equipment.
- Zero-clearance combustible wall rating on both sides and back simplifies layout.
- NSF approved for food-service sanitation.
