Engineered for relentless, high-volume service, the 36" Garland Cuisine Series range marries six powerful Starfire open burners with a full-size standard oven, all wrapped in easy-to-clean stainless steel. From rapid boil to gentle simmer to perfectly baked entrées, this single piece of equipment covers every cooking station on your line.
